Educational achievement in Hungarian schools

The standard of educational achievement in Hungarian schools was last assessed in year of 1995 by the Evaluation Centre of the National Institute of Education. This assessment was made in year of 1986, second in 1991, and third in 1993. Monitoring is made in co-operation with other international organisations like a IEA.

Difference is very big between schools in Hungary. The achievements are determined both by the type of the settlement and of the school, striking differences can be even within the same group.
